N, W, and Maria completed an arduous twenty mile Memorial Day bike ride on the
Riverfront Trail. Peddling through scattered thunderstorms from the Arch to the Chain of Rocks bridge, they eventually returned mud-spattered and soaked just as the sun finally broke through. They tried to rejuvenate themselves at Joey B's at the Landing, but unfortunately the food was thoroughly unappealing. However, the rain was mostly refreshing and the route was interesting, wending its way through much of the Mississippi River industrial zone.
